Your logo or company name embossed or debossed into the leather. Sits on the belt body, the pouch flap, or both. We use your artwork file and create the stamp die ourselves. The impression is permanent.

We work with three standard leather colours — natural tan, mid brown, and dark espresso. All full-grain. For orders of 50+, we can source additional colourways. Custom dye matching is available.

BEFORE EVERY FIRST ORDER
Do you have a hard minimum order quantity?

10 units per style is our working minimum. Below that, the economics of logo die creation and production setup don't make sense for either of us. If you genuinely need fewer than 10, reach out anyway — for some straightforward requests we can make exceptions, especially if you're a returning customer.
Will the end customer ever know it's a Bolt Belt?

No. Private label means exactly that. Your logo goes on the belt. Our name and branding do not appear anywhere on the product, the swing tag, or the packaging unless you specifically ask us to include it (which nobody ever has). The belt is yours.
What file format do you need for our logo?

A vector file works best — .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it's workable. Simple, clean logos with clear lines stamp better than complex gradients or very thin letterforms. We'll tell you honestly if your logo needs simplification before we can reproduce it in leather.
Is the leather quality the same as your retail belts?

Yes — identical. We use the same full-grain leather hides, the same hardware, and the same construction process whether the belt carries our name or yours. There's no "private label grade" product here. If we're putting our manufacturing behind it, it meets our standard.
Can we mix sizes in a single order?

Yes, from the Business tier (25+ units) onwards. You can order a mix of S, M, L, XL, and XXL within a single production run as long as the total quantity meets the minimum. At the Starter tier, we prefer same-size orders to keep production efficient, but we can discuss exceptions.
Do you offer payment terms for large orders?

Net-30 payment terms are available for Enterprise orders (100+ units) from established businesses with verifiable trade references. Starter and Business tier orders require a 50% deposit at order confirmation, with the remainder due before shipping. We'll include all payment details in your quote.
What if the sample isn't right and we need changes?

The sample exists precisely for this reason. If the logo placement is off, the leather colour isn't what you expected, or a pocket dimension needs changing — we adjust it before production. You don't proceed until you're satisfied with the sample. The only thing we ask is that changes are consolidated into one round of revisions to keep the timeline on track.
Can we reorder without going through the whole process again?

Yes — and this is actually where the relationship works best. Once your spec is locked and your logo die is created, reorders are straightforward. Same logo, same layout, same leather. We keep your spec on file. A reorder typically takes 2 weeks from confirmation rather than the full 3–4 weeks the first run needs.
